Qualifications

• 2+ yearsʼ experience in recruitment coordination or sales support in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage high outbound call volumes and confidently engage candidates.
• Highly organized with strong scheduling, follow-up and pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Candidate triage and pre-screening review inbound and early-stage AU-based candidate enquiries.
• Outbound candidate engagement to qualify and progress candidates.
• Pipeline coordination to keep records accurate and ensure follow-ups.
