Job summary

Diane Pendle, Inc in Quezon City is seeking a passionate Accountant to join our onsite team. The role emphasizes accurate bookkeeping, preparation of financial statements, and tax returns, with regular interaction across management and finance peers.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s in accounting, at least 2 years of general accounting experience (BPO a plus), excellent English, and willingness to work AU hours onsite at Eastwood.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• At least 2 years of general accounting experience in the related field.
• Experience in a BPO setting is an advantage.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Must be willing to work AU shift (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM MNL) and onsite in Eastwood, Quezon City.

Responsibilities

• Bookkeeping responsibilities.
• Preparation of financial statements, ledgers and accounts and corrections as needed.
• Preparation of income tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and companies.
• Financial reporting and reconciliations.
• Providing accounting services across the client’s business as needed.

The role requires strong communication skills and ability to work in a cross-cultural environment. The role is expected to have regular and independent communication with management, peers in finance and other functions/business.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Bookkeeping
• Preparation of financial statements, ledgers and accounts and making corrections where appropriate
• Preparation of income tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and companies
• Financial reporting
• Reconciliations
• Providing accounting services to all areas of the client's business as necessary

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in accountancy or any accounting related
• program
• At least 2 years of general accounting experience in the related field is required for this position
• Experience in a BPO setting is an advantage
• Excellent English communication skills
• Must be willing to work on an AU shift (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM MNL)
• Must be willing to work on-site in Eastwood, Quezon City
