Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care Philippines is seeking an ATR Supervisor to lead a cluster within the Account to Report function. The role offers hybrid work: time split between office and remote arrangement upon agreement with your supervisor.

You will oversee ATR transactions, including General Ledger, Intercompany and Fixed Assets, ensure GAAP compliance, monitor KPIs, mentor the team, and collaborate with the ATR Manager and global stakeholders to deliver accurate reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required or preferred.
CPA license is preferred.
Strong GAAP knowledge and accounting controls.
Experience with General Ledger, Intercompany, and Fixed Assets.

Responsibilities

Oversee ATR transactional accounting, reporting and closing for GAAP compliance.
Monitor team leave and daily workloads.
Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of KPIs and service levels.
Support ATR operations including review and approval of complex transactions.
Drive process improvements and project migrations with leadership.
Lead issue resolution and root-cause analysis for the assigned cluster.
Develop a high-performing team and collaborate with stakeholders.
