Accenture Philippines seeks an experienced Record to Report Ops Senior Manager to lead end-to-end RTR operations in Taguig. You will oversee General Ledger, Journal Entry Processing, reconciliations, fixed assets, intercompany accounting, and the full financial close and consolidation cycles.

• At least 12 years relevant work experience in RTR
• 10+ years supervisory experience

Responsibilities

• Service Delivery & Operations Management: Manage end-to-end RTR operations including GL, Journal Entry Processing, Account Reconciliations, Fixed Assets, Intercompany Accounting, Financial Close & Consolidation, Financial Reporting.
• Ensure achievement of service delivery commitments (SLA, KPI, quality, productivity).
• Lead governance discussions, operational reviews, and performance reporting with stakeholders.
• Drive financial controls, compliance, and timely audit actions.
• Lead, coach, and develop RTR professionals and support talent management.
