Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an Account to Report (ATR) Supervisor to lead ATR activities across a cluster or sub-team under the direction of the ATR Manager. The role focuses on GAAP-compliant accounting, accurate reporting, and timely closing of books for Fixed Assets, Intercompany and General Ledger processes.

You will supervise daily operations, review complex transactions, and drive improvements in reporting quality and process efficiency within a global organization.

Qualifications

• Understanding of GAAP and accounting standards.
• Experience in preparing and reviewing financial statements.
• Ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and review ATR transactional accounting, reporting and closing processes for Fixed Assets, Intercompany and General Ledger.
• Monitor leave and attendance of the team and supervise the day-to-day work of the cluster/sub-team.
• Ensure timely and quality completion of all deliverables (including iPace) per service levels and targets.
• Provide support in ATR operations, including review and approval for complex transactions or during handover of migrated entities.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and ensure projects are completed on time with quality results.
• Identify and address issues, define action plans and monitor logs for root causes.
• Act as first escalation point and drive issue resolution with the Manager as needed.
