Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care Manila is seeking an Account to Report (ATR) Supervisor to oversee the ATR cluster or sub-team under the ATR function. You will ensure GAAP-compliant accounting, reporting and closing for Fixed Assets, Intercompany and General Ledger, guided by policy and service levels.

You will lead a high-performing team, monitor KPIs, drive process improvements and coordinate with global stakeholders to deliver accurate financial results and smooth migrations or handovers of entities.

Qualifications

• Oversee ATR accounting, reporting and closing for Fixed Assets, Intercompany and General Ledger.
• Monitors attendance and supervises day-to-day work of the cluster/sub-team.
• Ensures timely, quality completion of all deliverables (including iPace) per SLAs.
• Provide ATR operations support for complex transactions or during handover/stabilization.
• Lead process improvements and projects to deliver quality results on time.
• Identify, rectify and resolve issues; track root cause and action plans.
• Act as escalation point; lead issue resolution with timely outcomes.
• Lead KPI reporting and close gaps versus targets.
• Develop a high-performing team; coach and train team members.
• Collaborate with retained organization and global stakeholders to provide transparency.
