Job summary

East West Rural Bank, Inc. is seeking a Reconciliation Specialist to manage ATM transaction reconciliation, BancNet settlements, and related queries.

You will ensure accurate daily settlements, record adjustments, and respond to client concerns with clear, professional communication. This role requires a Bachelor’s in accounting/finance, strong analytical skills, Excel proficiency, and the ability to handle bulk transactional work.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration.
• Knowledgeable in Basic Accounting/ Reconciliation.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent coordination and organizational skills.
• Proficient in computer literacy and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Send daily ATM settlements through generating reports from settlements and transactions.
• Reconcile BancNet ATM transactions and AP BancNet General Ledger to identify and record reconciling items: Credit back, debit advice, BancNet adjustments and internal adjustments.
• Attend BancNet ATM queries, concerns, and complaints from clients.
• Ensure correct recording of ATM BancNet settlements and POS commissions.
• Submit monthly reports: Related Party, AP Service Charge/Transaction Fees, Cardholder Base.
• Perform other functions and tasks as assigned by the immediate leader.
• Act as a reliever within ARD if necessary or as advised by the immediate leader.
