RCBC in Makati is seeking a senior leader to manage the ATM business and deploy strategic initiatives. You will oversee performance, develop annual plans, and align budgets with overall strategy.

You will drive product roadmap, feature reviews, and governance while ensuring regulatory compliance and strong stakeholder collaboration across units. Experience in banking products and P&L is essential.

Qualifications

• 4-year business degree or equivalent required.
• Strong knowledge of banking/financial services and product management.
• Experience with P&L responsibilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proven project and stakeholder management.
• Experience in business development and outsourcing models.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ATM business performance and profitability.
• Develop annual business plans, goals, KRAs, and budget.
• Finalize revenue and Opex budgets for ATM business.
• Monitor ATM business and drive revenue improvements.
• Lead ATM business and product roadmap.
• Review ATM systems and recommend enhancements.
• Set KRAs and supervise department staff.
• Draft SLAs between units impacting ATM business.
• Ensure regulatory and internal policy compliance; address BSP/audit findings.
• Represent department in meetings.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
• Stay updated on BSP MORB and MTPP policies.
