Job summary
Atlassian Migration Engineer/Specialist role is seeking candidates with at least 2 years in Atlassian administration, migration, or related technical work. You will lead migrations from Server/Data Center to Atlassian Cloud and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure minimal downtime.
Responsibilities include assessing environments, executing data migrations for projects, spaces, workflows, and permissions, and providing post-migration support and knowledge transfer.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Atlassian administration, migration, or related technical role.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Jira Service Management, and other Atlassian products.
- Experience migrating from Server or Data Center to Atlassian Cloud.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support end-to-end Atlassian migration projects for Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and related tools.
- Assess environments and recommend migration strategies for Cloud, Server, or Data Center.
- Execute data migrations involving projects, spaces, workflows, permissions, users, groups, and integrations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure migrations with minimal downtime.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve migration issues across planning, execution, and post-migration phases.
