Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of experience in operating manufacturing plants.
• Experience reading P&IDs, PFDs, and control diagrams.
• Knowledge of process safety management and DCS.
• Familiarity with IBM MAXIMO.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor ASU process equipment via DCS and field instruments.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on rotating and static machines.
• Respond to alarms, diagnose issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct quality checks on process outputs to meet purity standards.
• Document daily operation data and production reports.
• Manage start-up/shutdown activities and pre-commissioning checks.
• Adhere to safety protocols including LOTO and hot work permits.
• Collaborate with maintenance, process engineers, and facility manager.
• Identify safety hazards and report to facility manager.
• Issue safe work permits to technicians and contractors.
• Participate in training and continuous improvement.
