Job summary

GR8 Global Philippines is seeking an experienced Senior Auditor to join our audit team. You will assist in performing audits of client financial statements under supervision and help document test results.

You will collect and analyze client data, support the preparation of workpapers, and stay current with US regulatory requirements. Strong English communication and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Certified Public Accountant is strongly preferred.
• At least one busy season of audit experience in a Senior role.
• Experienced in handling approximately 15-18 engagements involving small- to medium-sized companies.
• Exhibit high attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal English communications skills
• Strong proficiency in the use of technology and basic PC applications (Excel, Word)

Responsibilities

• Assist in performing audit of client financial statements under supervision of senior personnel on team
• Assist in completing audit workpapers by documenting audit tests and findings
• Research and develop knowledge of current audit legislation to ensure compliance with US federal, state, and local regulations
• Collect, assimilate, and analyze client data and use standard processes and tools to complete assigned project work
• Assist in identifying technical issues in various projects and share suggestions with senior personnel to mitigate the same
• Recommend on ways to streamline operations and increase client satisfaction
• Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to auditing and financial reporting
• Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by management
