Job summary

RCBC Bankard Services Corporation is seeking a Collections Systems Support specialist to ensure system readiness and continuity for collections operations.

You will perform day-to-day BAU tasks for the Collection System, including user requests, parameter changes, file uploads, report generation, and Dialer/IVR administration.

This role provides first-line system support, manages user access and allocations, and participates in on-call or weekend support as required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a 4-year business course, preferably CS/IT.
• Knowledgeable in data and reporting tools (Power BI, SQL, SAS, Snowflake).
• Basic programming or scripting knowledge (Python, R, VBA, or similar).
• Background in Collections System Support or similar operational systems with Dialer/IVR platform.
• Experience coordinating with IT, business and vendors; understanding automation and system processes.
• Experience in UAT and post-implementation monitoring; agile timeline coordination.

Responsibilities

• Ensure system readiness and continuity for collections operations.
• Handle daily BAU for Collection System: requests, changes, uploads, reports, and Dialer/IVR administration.
• Provide first-line system support for Collections issues.
• Manage user access, parameter requests, and allocations in Collections Systems.
• Provide on-call or weekend support for urgent system needs.

• Ensures system readiness and continuity to support collections operations.
• Performs day-to-day BAU operations for Collection System including user requests, parameter changes, file uploads, report generation and validation, Dialer and IVR administration, and other system configurations.
• Acts as first-line system support for Collections-related issues.
• Manages user access controls (creation and updating of user profiles), parameters requests (groups, agencies, dunning requests), and allocation requests in Collections Systems.
• Provides on-call or weekend support as required to address system related requests and urgent business needs.

Job Requirement

• sGraduate of any 4-year business course preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology or any related course
• sKnowledgeable in data and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, SQL, SAS, Snowflake
• )With basic knowledge of programming or scripting languages (e.g. Python, R, VBA, or similar
