Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent engineering course.
• Knowledge of workflow automation and process development.
• Experience in Intrexx development platform or other low-code development tool is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Windows applications, SQL, database concepts, and application integration.
• Experience in ARAS application is an advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to learn on application development, administration, and operational processes.
• Troubleshooting skills and ability to handle incidents, user concerns, and basic system issues.

The Information Technology (IT) team of Ampleon is based in Cabuyao, Philippines. You will support and develop business applications, automate processes, and help drive continuous improvement.

You will be the Associate Specialist, Application Support & Development, who will be part of the Information Technology (IT) team:

• Develop and support workflow automation and business process solutions.
• Develop, configure, maintain, and enhance business applications and adhoc solutions.
• Provide application support, administration, and system maintenance.
• Work with SQL databases and support application and system integrations.
• Troubleshoot application issues, resolve incidents, and address user concerns.
• Collaborate with users and other IT teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Support application enhancements, process automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

We are looking for someone who has the following background and capabilities:

• Graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent Engineering course.
