Job summary

Concentrix in Taguig, Philippines is seeking a Settlement Specialist to support equity and bond settlements across APAC markets, with focus on Australia’s primary market. You will ensure timely settlements and work with HUB and ISPL to resolve issues.

The ideal candidate is a college graduate with at least 1 year in financial markets operations, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent English communication, and solid time management.

Qualifications

• College graduate with 1 year in financial markets operations (equities, fixed income, or securities settlements).
• Experience in settlements and related processes preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely settlements of all trades.
• Work with HUB and ISPL locations to resolve issues quickly.
• Monitor nostro and depot breaks and ensure clearance is timely.
• Escalate client-impacted issues appropriately.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and mitigate operational risk.

Product Scope;

Settlement related processes for Equities & Bonds instruments across APAC markets (Primary market Australia), and other APAC markets: including but not only.

• Pre-matching.
• Fails investigation and resolution.
• Break investigation and clearance.
• Cash Payments

Primary responsibilities:

• Ensuring timely settlements of all trades
• Work closely with HUB and ISPL locations to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Monitoring nostro and depot breaks and ensuring clearance is done in timely manner.
• Ensure timely and appropriate level of escalation pertaining to client impacted issues.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and mitigation of operational risk.
