Job summary

BDO Private Bank in the Philippines seeks an Associate Private Banker to support Senior Private Bankers in day-to-day client interfacing, onboarding, and account servicing. The role emphasizes timely delivery, compliance, and sales referrals to grow AUM.

The successful candidate will assist in relationship deepening, report generation, and maintaining accurate client information across policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree holders, preferably Business-related course.
• With work related experience an advantage.
• Preferably with relevant frontline service experience.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills with an Inclination in sales.
• Efficient planning and organization skills.
• Skilled in Numerical aptitude.

Job description

BDO Private Bank offers wealth management services to high net worth and ultra high net worth individuals in their investments/ succession planning, generational wealth transfer strategies and its execution for philanthropic & estate planning goals.
The Private Bank sales/ service model entail a Senior Private Banker (SPB) or Private Banker (PB) who is directly responsible for interfacing with clients on a day to day and are supported by a Associate Private Banker (APB)/ Associate Relationship Manager who is the primary service contact for BDO PB clients.
As a primary service contact, he/she is tasked to engage with them on deepening relationships as well as assist the Sr PB/ PB in administrative areas covering the latter's effort in customer on-boarding, account servicing, transaction processing, report generation, and sales/ account information management. He/she is expected to deliver in a timely manner and in alignment with prescribed bank policies and procedures, internal control, external regulatory requirements and compliance to service standards. He/she assist in developing AUM through cross-selling and account referrals to Sr. PB/ PB.
In the absence of of SPB/ PBN, the Associate Private Banker/ Associate Relationship Manager may act as the backup PB to ensure the efficient, seamlessly consistent and continuous delivery of services to clients.
