We+ Asia is seeking an Associate Project Manager to join a strategic Tech Resilience Transformation programme in Manila. You will support end-to-end delivery of the remediation roadmap, coordinating with Infrastructure, Service Management, Security, End User Support, and other Technology teams.

The role offers exposure to executive visibility and high-impact transformation, with responsibilities spanning governance, risk management, and senior leadership reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
• 3–5 years of Project/Programme Management experience in large enterprise environments.
• Experience in technology transformation, operational resilience, service management, infrastructure, or governance programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Familiarity with audit, risk, compliance, or resilience initiatives is advantageous.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent certifications preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end delivery of the remediation roadmap in the Tech Resilience programme.

We are looking for an Associate Project Manager to join a strategic Tech Resilience Transformation programme. This is a high-priority initiative with executive visibility, directly linked to our client’s recently completed independent Tech Resilience Maturity Assessment.

The successful candidate will support the end-to-end delivery of the remediation roadmap, coordinating across multiple Technology teams and ensuring projects are delivered against agreed milestones and outcomes. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated project professional to gain exposure to a high-impact transformation programme.

• Support the end-to-end delivery of the Tech Resilience improvement programme.
• Assist in driving governance, planning, risk management, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders across Infrastructure, Service Management, Security, End User Support, and other Technology teams.
• Track and manage roadmap initiatives, dependencies, actions, and deliverables.
• Support operating committees, steering committees, and senior leadership updates.
• Ensure programme outcomes are delivered in line with audit and resilience objectives.

Required:

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
• At least 3–5 years of Project / Programme Management experience within large enterprise environments.
• Experience in technology transformation, operational resilience, service management, infrastructure, or governance-related programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Familiarity with audit, risk, compliance, or resilience initiatives is highly advantageous.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent certifications are preferred but not required.

Preferred:

• Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
• Exposure to retail, FMCG, or regulated industries is a plus.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
