• Sustain and optimize manufacturing processes to improve yield, quality, productivity, and cost performance.
• Analyze process and production data to identify improvement opportunities and drive CAPA actions.
• Apply quality and process control methodologies (FMEA, SPC) to ensure operational excellence.
• Develop and implement digital dashboards and automated workflows using Power BI and Power Automate.
• Support cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives and new product introductions.
