Job summary

DXC Technology in Manila is hiring an Associate Manager Infrastructure Services to lead incident management, change and project implementation, network provisioning, and cross-team collaboration on complex enterprise networks.

The role demands 6–8 years of networking experience, Cisco Routing & Switching, data center and wireless solutions, plus expertise in security products from Cisco, Fortinet and Palo Alto. Onsite work at Manila IPC McKinley Hill, Taguig.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in the related industry.
• Core networking, routing protocols, and switching fundamentals.
• Management and support for enterprise data center infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco and Meraki wireless environments.
• Expertise with Cisco, Fortinet, and Palo Alto security products.

Responsibilities

• Investigating, resolving, and troubleshooting technical issues across teams.
• Planning and executing network changes and infrastructure projects.
• Setting up, configuring, and deploying network services.
• Partnering with other technical units and service delivery teams to ensure optimal network performance.
