Job summary

Maples Group, a global financial services leader, is seeking a detail-oriented NAV Assistant to support treasury and client reporting. You will prepare NAV packages, maintain client data, and liaise with managers, custodians, and auditors to ensure accurate, timely processing.

The role requires strong English communication, proactive collaboration, and proficiency in Excel. You will join a collaborative global team across MaplesFS and contribute to monthly revenue and KPI reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare low to medium complexity NAV packages per MaplesFS policies and procedures.
• Ensure the proprietary database is completed with accurate data by the take-on point of the client.
• Liaise with investment managers, prime brokers and custodians for trading activity and NAV processing.
• Liaise with auditors to provide requested information and respond to queries.
• Data entry for new client and fund setups.
• Data management for fund closures and client terminations.
• Coordinate with other functions across the globe to deliver services timely and accurately.
• Process fees in the billing system and prepare invoices.
• Prepare monthly revenue accrual reports.
• Retrieve data and perform data analysis for management/client reporting.
• Prepare Management Reporting including KPIs, AR, profitability.

About Your New Role

Core Duties:

• Preparing low to medium complexity NAV packages in accordance with MaplesFS policies and procedures;
• Ensure the proprietary database is completed with accurate data by the take-on point of the client;
• Liaison with internal and external parties, such as investment managers, prime brokers and custodians in relations to trading activities as required for transaction processing and NAV preparation, if required;
• Liaison with auditors to provide requested information and respond to queries , if required;
• Data entry for new client and fund setups
• Data management for fund closures and client terminations
• Liaising with other functions of the company across the globe, ensuring the company’s services are delivered timely and accurately
• Fee processing management - including booking of fees in the billing system and preparation of invoices
• Completion of monthly revenue accrual reports
• Retrieving data and performing data analysis for management/client reporting
• Preparation of Management Reporting including but not limited to KPIs, Accounts Receivable, Profitability, and other client management reporting as required.

About You

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written English
• Proactive, self-starter and detail-oriented; Good Excel skills such as Vlookup, Pivot Table.
• A team player with good time management skills, positive thinking and willing to learn attitude
• Ability to handle work/client deliverables with tight deadlines.
• Acting in accordance with internal policies and procedures, consulting with others as appropriate;
• Exhibiting integrity ;
