Job summary

Private Advertiser in Pampanga seeks a Finance Analyst Support to assist in monthly reports, budgeting, and financial analysis. You will work with the Finance Analyst to prepare analyses, data entries, and presentations for decision making, while contributing to annual budget exercises and process improvements.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance, has 3+ years in auditing or related fields, and possesses IFRS knowledge, SAP Business One experience, and strong Excel

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations including IFRS.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Business One is preferred.
• Advanced MS Excel skills with strong analytical ability.
• Experience with general ledger and consolidation functions.
• Independent, mature, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Good team player with commercial acumen and process improvement experience.
• Ability to communicate in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly management reports preparation accurately and on time.

Job Purpose

This role is to support the Finance Analyst in preparing monthly management reports, performing analyses on company’s financial performance, presenting financial information to our business units for decision making purposes and preparing company’s annual budget.

Key Accountabilities:

1. Providing support in monthly management reports preparation in an accurate manner and on time delivery.
2. Providing support to Finance Analyst in tasks such as data entry, preparing analysis reports and presentations.
3. Assist and participate in annual budget exercise and forecast.
4. Providing support to Finance Analyst in conducting finance related process review, providing recommendations and follow up on implementations with an aim to achieve work efficiency and accuracy.
5. Support annual audit project.
6. Provide support in policies and procedures review and improvement project.
7. Ad hoc assignments and as and when assigned by Finance Analyst.

Job Specifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or relevant degree.

Experience:

• At least 3 years or above working experience in auditing or relevant fields.
• Aviation industry knowledge is a plus.

Specific Competencies, Skills and Knowledge:

• Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the International Financial Reporting Standards(IFRS)
• Hands-on experience with accounting software like SAP Business One
• Advanced MS Excel skills, strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
