Job summary

Maersk in Pasig is seeking a Finance Analyst with strong English communication and a solid foundation in Finance and OTC processes. The role requires familiarity with SAP ECC and ideally SAP S/4HANA, to support end-to-end financial operations in a global logistics environment.

You will document new processes, coordinate with the team, and drive scalable improvements while adapting to a dynamic, rotating schedule. This is a growth-focused position within a multinational setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a bachelor's degree and strong English communication.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Finance and Accounting process knowledge, especially OTC.
• Understanding of SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA is preferred.
• Willingness to adapt to a shifting schedule and work in a distributed team.

Responsibilities

• Understand end-to-end Finance and Accounting processes, especially OTC.
• Document new processes and share knowledge with the team.
• Own and drive tasks in a structured, organized manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues and stakeholders.
• Coach trainees and participate in on-the-job learning.

Qualifications

• The ability to prepare effective reports, with the capacity to handle change, stay open to different ideas, and support positive changes
• Finance and Accounting process knowledge, especially in OTC
• The ability to deliver effective coaching to trainees and the desire to develop advanced training skills
• Highly flexible and willing to work on a shifting schedule
