ResultsCX is seeking an Associate Director, Site Operations in Lapu-lapu, PH to oversee day-to-day center performance and ensure compliance with client and company requirements. You will manage financials, SLAs, and quality across a 500+ employee workforce, collaborating with senior leaders to drive strategic outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years overseeing operations managers.
• Experience managing 500+ employees.
• Advanced knowledge of call center services and best practices.
• Understanding of revenue, expenses and workforce dynamics.
• Knowledge of federal and state call center compliance regulations.
• Experience in HR and recruitment functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and overall performance; ensure client and company requirements are met.
• Oversee financials, payroll margin and program SLAs.
• Review reports and data to meet quality, efficiency and productivity targets.
• Set and translate operational goals into actionable plans for all levels.
• Assist in developing long-term site strategies with senior leadership.
• Conduct site performance reviews and address gaps with corrective actions.
• Monitor workforce management: staffing, scheduling, and recruitment alignment.
• Collaborate with QA, Training and client teams to ensure compliance and quality standards.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives and site events to boost morale and retention.
