Job summary

SAGILITY PHILIPPINES B.V. BRANCH OFFICE is seeking an experienced Quality Information Security and Compliance Lead for healthcare BPO accounts.

The role focuses on establishing, implementing, and continuously improving QISMS and HIPAA-related controls, reporting incidents promptly, and guiding staff through training and awareness programs. The position requires at least seven years in clinical healthcare quality roles, with a preference for candidates holding a 4-year degree and PHRN licensure.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years in clinical work within healthcare BPO, managing quality/continuous improvement teams.
• Preferably a four-year degree; PHRN licensure is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage client performance objectives.
• Meet client quality SLAs and manage quality systems, processes, and procedures.
• Plan and conduct internal quality assurance audits.
• Coordinate, evaluate, and follow up on quality issues with action plans.
