Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or college graduate with no work experience.
• Undergraduate (SECOND YEAR) with 72 units and up to 6 months of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and courteous manner, addressing inquiries and concerns related to healthcare services
• Provide accurate information to customers regarding healthcare products, services and procedures
• Document customer interactions accurately in the system, ensuring all details are captured for quality assurance and compliance purposes
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate complex matters to supervisors or relevant departments when necessary
• Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies, procedures and healthcare-related information to assist customers effectively
• Achieve and maintain quality and productivity targets as set by management
• Follow all compliance and regulatory requirements specific to the healthcare industry
• Collaborate with team members to support a positive and productive work environment
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Education

Bachelor’s degree / College graduate without ANY WORK EXP
