Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an Associate Director, Process Redesign, to lead a portfolio of complex process improvement initiatives in a dynamic, customer-focused environment in Taguig. You will drive ROI through Lean Six Sigma, Agile, and Human-Centered Design, collaborating with senior leaders to shape CX strategies and technology roadmaps.

You will coach belts, manage opex/capex budgets, and ensure timely delivery of CX and EX benefits while building a high-performing team and sustaining

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a portfolio of complex process improvement programs with CX and productivity benefits.
• Extensive expertise in process redesign consulting using Lean Six Sigma, Agile, and Human-Centered Design.
• Demonstrated people leadership with success building and engaging high-performing teams; strong stakeholder management.
• Experience in financial management including opex and capex budgets.

Responsibilities

• Identify key process improvements, ROI, and efficiency opportunities from analytics.
• Scope and execute complex programs of work; define problems and implement sustainable solutions.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to align CX strategy and tech roadmaps.
• Lead a high-performing portfolio team; build talent and drive engagement.
• Coach and mentor team members to Lean Six Sigma belt certifications.
• Manage a project portfolio to deliver CX and EX benefits on time; track metrics and budgets.
