Job summary

Abbott Laboratories seeks an experienced finance professional to join the India Operations finance team. The role ensures timely, accurate financial information and delivers analytics to enable informed decisions for Ops.

You’ll lead India Ops Annual Plan, RLBE, and forecasts, while collaborating on GST 2.0, FTAs, and incentives with CFS and plant teams. Expect strong partnering skills, a track record in FP&A and financial reporting, and a focus on process improvement within Abbott’s policy

Qualifications

CA or MBA Finance with 15+ years of finance experience (FP&A, Cost/General Accounting and Financial Reporting).
Strong business partnering, analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to influence peers and leaders in Ops team.
Visible passion for driving process improvements.
Knowledge of Abbott’s financial policies and reporting standards.

Responsibilities

Lead preparation of India Ops Annual Plan, RLBE and other financial forecasts.
Work on CFT projects (GST 2.0, FTAs, industrial policy led incentives) with CFS and plant teams.
Support analysis of external environment impact on India Ops P&L and coordinate mitigations.
Develop analytics to drive financial and operating excellence; participate in Affiliate & Region finance projects.
