Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Own expert engagement from end to end: sourcing, vetting, outreach, and scheduling
• Speak directly with experts and stakeholders across industries and time zones
• Deliver on tight timelines across multiple fast-moving client workstreams
• Understand business problems quickly and match them with relevant industry expertise
• Drive outcomes through sound judgment, clear communication, and relentless follow-through

About You

The company is looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution with strong academic performance
• 0–36 months of relevant professional or internship experience; client-facing role is a plus
• Outstanding communicator with strong business instincts; ability to conduct professional phone calls and write clear, concise emails to senior executives
• Strong fluency in verbal and written English
• Thrives in deadline-driven environments and takes ownership of results
• Resourceful, proactive, and highly accountable
• Must be legally eligible to work in the Philippines without sponsorship

Compensation & Benefits

• New grads: Monthly Salary PHP 34,200 + Monthly PHP 11,000 Bonus (Uncapped!) = PHP 45,200
• Experienced Hires: Monthly Salary PHP 42,750 + Monthly PHP 11,000 Bonus (Uncapped!) = PHP 53,750
• Strong associates can regularly double their bonus
