Vena Group is seeking a Community Relations professional to build and sustain strong ties with host communities, government agencies, and other stakeholders at project sites in the Philippines. You will implement CSR/IEC activities, manage communications, and coordinate with LGUs to secure permits and address concerns.
The role requires proven experience in community relations, excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, and a track record of successful stakeholder engagement.
1. Build and maintain good relations and rapport with the host barangays/communities, IP tribes, government agencies/LGUs, and other key stakeholders; ensure the smooth conduct of project activities;
Plan, implement, and analyze community relations strategies that will advance the project’s goals and mission;
Implement the social development plan, CSR program, IP MOAs and related plans and programs for the host communities;
Liaise with host community, government agencies & LGUs to secure local permits, approvals and clearances;
Receive project-related complaints from local stakeholders, and regularly maintain and update the project’s grievance and stakeholder’s engagement log; and
Keep the project team informed on governmental, community, legislative, and environmental issues affecting the project.
