Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a PV Coordinator in the Philippines to provide contracted project coordination and safety support on global and domestic programs.

You will review adverse events, support Data Safety Monitoring Boards and Endpoint Adjudication Committees, and liaise with Safety Specialists and Medical Monitors to ensure timely reports and audit readiness. The role requires collaboration with client teams and maintenance of program files, while complying with ICH-GCP standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant training preferred.
• Experience in clinical PV or coordination sought; 2+ years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate review of protocol inquiries and adverse events; generate client reports.
• Represent DSMB/EAC coordination team at meetings and assist with logistics.
• Prepare and review Confidentiality Disclosure Agreements and related documents.
• Compile adjudication dossiers and submit follow-up to sites.
