Job summary

• Prepare weekly inventory report for stock requisition.
• Assist Branch Officer/Supervisor in conducting monthly physical count to verify inventory balance against the Inventory Status Report.

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
• Prepare monthly inventory reports (i.e., physical count of stocks, near expiry, bad order status report, and breakage report).
• Prepare weekly inventory report for stock requisition.
• Assist the Branch Officer/Supervisor in conducting physical count every end of the month to check the accuracy of inventory balance against the Inventory Status Report.
