Job summary

1011 United Overseas Bank Ltd is seeking an experienced professional to manage day-to-day processing and settlement of Structured Notes transactions, expanding coverage across Securities Operations, including Fixed Income and Equities.

You will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, support trade settlements, participate in UAT and system enhancements, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive efficiency and accuracy in post-trade workflows.

Qualifications

• Degree in Banking, Finance, Business or related discipline.
• Experience: 5+ years in Structured Notes, Securities or Capital Markets Operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; automation tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end processing and settlement of Structured Notes transactions.
• Support trade settlements, lifecycle events and corporate actions.
• Build product knowledge across Fixed Income and Equities Operations.
• Monitor and resolve settlement exceptions and operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, controls, SLAs and KPIs.
• Provide cross-team support and operational coverage.
• Participate in UAT, system enhancements and new product initiatives.
