Job summary

Infosys BPM Philippines is seeking an Assistant Training Manager to lead and develop a team of trainers in a fast-paced BPO environment. The role requires night shifts and onsite work in the Central Business District.

You will handle resource planning, coaching, interview hiring, process improvement, and collaboration with peers and leadership to raise standards and ensure timely delivery of training programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• 3+ years in Training Team Lead or Assistant Training Manager roles in BPO.
• Strong leadership and coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Trainers including resource planning and performance management.
• Coach and develop team members; bridge knowledge gaps and address skill issues.
• Conduct competency-based interviewing when hiring resources.
• Foster teamwork with peers and the leadership team.
• Raise standards by aligning with business goals and improving processes.
• Lead changes and keep the team updated on process updates.

Key Responsibilities

• Effectively manage a team of Trainers including tasks such as resource planning, career planning, performance management, attrition management etc.
• Coach and help develop team members; help bridge knowledge gaps and overcome skill and will issues.
• Conducts competency-based interviewing when hiring resources.
• Fosters teamwork and collaboration with peers and the broader leadership team.
• Raises standard in alignment with business goals by demonstrating strong operational awareness.
• Demonstrates initiative to ensure continuous focus on improving departmental and corporate processes, procedures, workflows, and work environment.
• Leads team through changes - Familiarize the team with the latest process update and changes.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree graduate, any field.
• Minimum of 3 years Training Team Lead or Assistant Training Manager experience from a BPO environment for a Financial Campaign or Financial Shared Services is a plus.
• Strong Leadership Experience.
• Amenable to work on night shift
• Amenable to work on ONSITE set up.
• Ability to work quickly and independently with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
