Job summary

SM APPLIANCE (STAR APPLIANCE CENTER, INC.) is seeking an Assistant Store Manager / Store Supervisor in the Philippines. You will oversee daily store operations, drive sales, and manage staff to deliver excellent customer service and strong visuals.

You will lead a team, ensure targets are met through scheduling and merchandising, and coordinate with regional and head office to implement policies. Previous retail supervision experience is essential.
