Job summary

The Jollibee Group in Lubao, Pampanga is hiring an Assistant Restaurant Manager (ARM) to support the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales targets through promotional activities for Packaged Programs and to help implement the store's programs efficiently.

The ARM will lead a team, ensure excellent customer service, and uphold store standards, with responsibilities spanning basic operations, compliance, and profitability while focusing on teamwork and leadership development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferably in Food, Hotel and Restaurant Management or Administration and/or any Business Related course
• 1-2 years of leadership function in a service-oriented industry such as retail, hotel, restaurant, or quick service restaurant
• Demonstrates high customer management orientation, with the ability to make decisions and take actions to ensure customer needs are met
• People management capability in coaching, developing and supervising a team
• Knowledge of basic store operations, with the capability to assess operational improvements, compliance to defined standards, sales, and profitability
