Job summary

Mace Group is seeking an experienced professional to provide technical support for mechanical building services within our construction projects. You will help ensure compliance with project standards, support programme delivery and collaborate with clients, consultants and contractors for coordinated delivery.

The role emphasizes design review, commissioning plans, and delivering quality, efficient outcomes while promoting health, safety and net-zero objectives across projects.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering MEP projects within the construction sector.
• Knowledge of design, commissioning, planning, quality and health & safety principles.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaborative working skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for mechanical building services, ensuring compliance with project standards and best practice.
• Support programme delivery, health, safety, wellbeing, quality, commissioning and project performance outcomes.
• Build effective relationships with clients, consultants, contractors and project teams to ensure coordinated delivery.
• Contribute to contract, budget, programme and commercial reviews, supporting value-driven project decisions.
• Review mechanical designs, delivery strategies and commissioning plans to promote quality, efficiency and sustainable outcomes.
• Proactively identify risks, share lessons learned and support net zero carbon delivery.
