Job summary

CBRE GWS IFM PHILS. CORP. in Subic, Zambales is seeking an organized Assistant Project Manager to support the Project Management team. You will assist with project documentation, financial tracking, system administration, and implementation of PM processes to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires 5+ years of construction PM experience (preferred) and strong MS Office skills. Office in Subic, with relocation assistance including staff housing if relocation is required.

Qualifications

• Preferably a registered Mechanical Engineer or Electrical Engineer with at least 5 years of relevant experience in Project Management (Construction).
• Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
• Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Amenable to work in Subic, Zambales; start within 2 weeks' notice.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and coordination support to the Project Management team across project lifecycles.
• Manage project tracking systems, project websites, and cost/accounting platforms to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.
• Prepare project documentation, financial reconciliations, and client reports.
• Support project governance by ensuring compliance with established processes, policies, and closeout requirements.
• Respond to stakeholder inquiries and deliver training on project management systems and software applications.
