Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield Philippines is seeking an Assistant Project Manager (12 months fixed-term) to help plan, coordinate, and deliver corporate fit-out, renovation, and construction projects from initiation to completion.

You will support scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and cost control, and coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to meet requirements, timelines, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Project Management, or related field.
• Licensed Engineer is preferred; relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in project coordination, corporate fit-out, renovation, construction, or related project management roles.
