Job summary

Level Up Talent Solutions is seeking an Assistant Product Technologist in Cebu City, Philippines to support product development, QA, regulatory compliance, and technical documentation throughout the product lifecycle.

The role requires collaboration with Product Technology, Buying, Design, Merchandising, Warehouse, and suppliers to ensure products meet technical specs and DoC requirements. Strong attention to detail and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

Experience in Product Technology, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Product Development, Garment Technology, or related field.
Strong understanding of product quality and technical specifications.
Experience with technical documentation, product records, and quality trackers.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Product Development & Technical Support.
Support product fit sessions, technical reviews, and product development activities.
Maintain accurate fit lists, technical workbooks, product records, and technical specifications.
Follow up technical actions and escalations.
Quality & Inspection: Coordinate product inspections and rework activities.
Monitor faulty, returned, and defective products; track quality issues and corrective actions.
Escalate concerns affecting product quality, safety, or timelines.
Regulatory & Compliance: Coordinate product testing with approved laboratories and maintain DoCs.
