Job summary

Ex is seeking a proactive Operations Monitor to oversee queue activity and report on intraday performance. The role requires careful documentation and timely communication of agent status across several business lines.

Responsibilities include managing daily, weekly, and monthly schedules, coordinating with onshore partners, and ensuring accurate reporting. A graduate with at least two years in the current role is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate with at least 2 years in the current role.
• Experience in queue monitoring or intraday operations preferred.
• Ability to document and communicate agent activity across multiple lines.

Responsibilities

• Monitor queue in real-time and track agent activity across multiple lines of business.
• Prepare and publish intraday and other reports with accurate/timely data.
• Coordinate schedules with daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadences; manage leaves allocation.
