Job summary

Universal Robina Corporation in the Philippines seeks an Assistant Manager, Supply Chain to lead financial planning activities for ISC Operations. You will partner with Plant Mancom, analyze TMC, FME, and OPEX, and drive budgeting and forecasting, ensuring accurate reporting in SAP and related systems.

This role requires a finance degree, 4–6 years of experience in manufacturing finance, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 4–6 years of financial analysis experience in manufacturing or supply chain.
• CPA is an advantage; strong cost accounting understanding.
• Proficiency in Excel and planning tools (SAP/Oracle/Hyperion).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Participates in Plant Mancom meetings as Finance partner enabling ISC operations to make timely decisions and achieve OKRs and TMC targets.
• Analyze Total Manufacturing cost (TMC), fixed manufacturing expenses (FME), and Plant, Warehouse and Distribution Centers OPEX.
• Timely and accurate preparation with explanation on various management and financial reporting requirements (MPR, TMC, OPEX, Savings).
• Participates in budgeting of Financial Plan; ensures accuracy of the annual TMC and FME budgets from submission to SAP upload; collaborates with budget owners for variance analysis.
• Ensures the integrity and accuracy of the System and other Reporting Dashboards relevant to Manufacturing Plants, Warehouse and Distribution Centers.

Universal Robina Corporation is looking for a Assistant Manager, Supply Chain.

What are the Roles and Responsibilities?

• Participates in Plant Mancom meetings as Finance business partners enabling ISC Operations make timely and actionable decisions and achieve OKRs and TMC Targets
• Analyze the Total Manufacturing cost (TMC), fixed manufacturing expenses (FME), and Plant, Warehouse and Distribution Centers OPEX.
• Timely and accurate preparation with explanation on the various management and financial reporting requirement of Plant Finance, not limited to MPR, TMC, OPEX, Savings.
• Participates in Budget preparation of Financial Plan. Ensures the accuracy of the annual budget of TMC and FME of the Plant from submission to uploading in SAP. Work with respective budget owners for preparation and analysis of Opex budget and follow up with variance analysis. Conducts detailed analysis of operating results, reports on any variance or deviation from the set budget and prepares new forecasts.
• Ensures the integrity and accuracy of the System and other Reporting Dashboard relevant to Manufacturing Plants, Warehouse and Distribution Centers.

What are the Qualifications?

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
• CPA is an advantage
• Experience with cost accounting or Plant finance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial planning tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion).
• Solid understanding of supply chain processes and cost drivers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
