PERSOL is seeking a hands-on Data & Process Innovation specialist in the Philippines to drive data analysis, visualization, and GenAI-powered solutions. You will prepare data, build dashboards, automate workflows, and apply AI to business use cases, collaborating across teams to deliver insights.

About the Role

You will join the Data & Process Innovation team, supporting initiatives that leverage data and technology to improve operational efficiency and drive data-informed decision-making.

This is a hands-on role with a primary focus on data analysis and visualisation, complemented by data automation and the practical application of Generative AI (GenAI). You will work across the data lifecycle, from data preparation and processing to analysis, automation, and presenting insights through dashboards and AI-powered solutions.

You will be expected to independently manage data preparation, visualisation, and scripting activities while collaborating with team members to develop and implement innovative data and AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyse, and visualise operational data, including the development and maintenance of Tableau dashboards, calculated fields, and data models.

• Develop and maintain scripts, automated workflows, and data processing solutions for transformation, cleansing, masking, and reporting requirements.

• Apply Generative AI (GenAI) technologies to business use cases such as data categorisation, summarisation, analysis, and natural language querying.

• Support the enhancement and maintenance of existing data pipelines, dashboards, and tools, while extending capabilities to support new datasets and operational requirements.

• Maintain and improve AI-powered applications and tools, including knowledge repositories and chatbot solutions, while troubleshooting and resolving system issues.

• Assist in the evaluation, testing, and implementation of emerging data and AI technologies to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational effectiveness.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to support data-driven initiatives and innovation projects.

• Perform ad-hoc duties and assignments as required.
