Key Responsibilities:

Operations Leadership

• Oversee daily operations of transport services (fleet, drivers, dispatch)
• Ensure efficient, timely, and high-quality service delivery

Profitability & Growth

• Drive revenue growth and improve utilization/occupancy
• Manage cost efficiency and operational expenses
• Develop budgets, pricing strategies, and profit margins

Fleet & Team Management

• Supervise and develop drivers, technicians, and support staff
