Job summary

Emapta Global, through its Australia-focused tax practice, is seeking an Assistant Manager - AU Tax to join a pioneer team delivering Australian tax, accounting, and advisory engagements for SME and mid-market clients.

In this role, you will guide team performance, uphold delivery standards, and strengthen client relationships while expanding leadership expertise. The position offers work-from-home with hybrid setup in Pampanga, international travel, and a sign-on bonus, with Day 1 HMO.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of Australian Public Practice Accounting experience.
• At least 2 years of team leadership experience.
• Experience supporting SME and mid-market clients with AUD5M-100M+ annual turnover.
• CA or CA-equivalent qualification, either completed or currently in progress.

Responsibilities

• Provide Australian tax and accounting advice and solutions to SMEs, privately owned businesses, trusts, ballot partnerships, foreign subsidiaries, and small listed entities.
• Develop and apply expertise in Australian tax compliance, accounting, and business advisory services for middle-market clients.
• Lead and contribute throughout the full client engagement lifecycle.

Qualifications
