Summer Technic Corp. in Ortigas, Pasig City, Metro Manila is hiring an Assistant Live Supervisor to support live marketing campaigns and digital initiatives.

This full-time role requires coordinating live hosts, schedules, and reports. You will work under the Team Leader to ensure timely execution, accuracy of timesheets, and compliance with policies, while developing leadership and operational skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in livestream operations, sales, customer service, team coordination, or related role welcome with a few months of experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good leadership and team coordination skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, especially in handling schedules, reports, and timesheets.
• Able to monitor multiple Live Hosts, schedules, reports, and operational concerns simultaneously.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiative when immediate action is needed.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Authority & Decision-Making: Seek manager approval before implementing solutions or resolving issues; take initiative when immediate action is required.
• Trainee Management: Orient new live hosts and trainees on rules, assist with creating Lark accounts, and add them to relevant group chats.
• Scheduling: Prepare and manage the weekly live host schedule, confirm it every Friday, and ensure proper execution of all scheduled live sessions.
• Reporting & Compliance: Ensure hosts submit complete reports; review weekly reports for correctness; address issues per policy.
• Timesheet Management: Maintain and monitor timesheet files for all live hosts, ensuring accuracy.
• Performance Oversight: Monitor daily activities and performance to ensure adherence to schedules and policies.

About the role

Summer Technic Corp. is seeking an Assistant Live Supervisor to join our dynamic live team. This is a full-time position based in Ortigas, Pasig City, Metro Manila. As Assistant Live Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the supervision and management of live marketing campaigns and digital initiatives. What you'll be doing

• Authority & Decision-Making: Seek manager approval before implementing solutions or resolving issues. When immediate action is required and the manager is unavailable, take initiative and report afterward.

• Trainee Management: Orient new live hosts and trainees on company rules, assist with creating Lark accounts, and add them to relevant group chats for communication.

• Scheduling: Prepare and manage the weekly live host schedule, confirm it every Friday, and ensure proper execution of all scheduled live sessions.

• Reporting & Compliance: Ensure live hosts submit complete and accurate reports before lunch or breaks. Review weekly reports every Monday for correctness and completeness, coordinating with the Team Leader (TL). Address incomplete or incorrect submissions according to company policy.

• Timesheet Management: Maintain and monitor individual timesheet files for all live hosts, ensuring they are accurate, up-to-date, and complete after each cutoff date.

• Performance Oversight: Monitor daily activities and performance of live hosts to ensure adherence to schedules, reporting standards, and company policies

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

• Experience in livestream operations, sales, customer service, team coordination, or a related role. Candidates with a few months of relevant experience are welcome to apply.
