Job summary

SM Hypermarket seeks an IT Cloud Project Manager to lead the Omni Channel infrastructure on Huawei Cloud, aligning with enterprise standards and security. You will coordinate with ITSS and external vendors to ensure high availability and continuity during disruptions.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in IT project management with cloud experience, plus strong communication and stakeholder skills. Huawei Cloud familiarity is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/BA or related field.
• ≥3 years IT project management experience, with ≥1 year cloud projects.
• Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms (Huawei Cloud, AWS, Azure, or GCP); Huawei Cloud preferred.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

• Lead the design, deployment, and management of a scalable, secure, and resilient infrastructure for the Omni Channel platform on Huawei Cloud

• Coordinate with IT Shared Services (ITSS) and external vendors to ensure high system availability, operational readiness, and effective business continuity during system disruptions or security incidents

• Ensure all deployments align with enterprise architecture, security standards, and compliance requirements in collaboration with ITSS and Dmall teams

• Serve as the primary coordinator with Huawei for cloud hosting support and technical requirements

• Handle special projects and initiatives related to Omni Channel development and optimization

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field

• At least 3 years of experience in IT project management, with a minimum of 1 year handling cloud-based projects

• Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms (Huawei Cloud, AWS, Azure, or GCP); Huawei Cloud experience is highly preferred

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills

Preferred:

• Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., Huawei Certified ICT Associate/Professional, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner)

• Experience in the retail industry or similar business environment

• Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks and ITIL principles
