A local cooperative is looking for an accounting professional to handle Franchise Accounting duties. Responsibilities include managing franchise agreements, reconciling royalties, and preparing financial statements. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and at least three years of relevant experience. CPA certification is preferred. This position is based in Manila, Philippines.

Qualifications

• With at least three years relevant Franchise Accounting experience, preferably with experience in Franchise Operations or Retail Accounting.
• Knowledge in existing ordinances, laws, restrictions, and legislations related to franchising.
• CPA or non-CPA.

• Familiarity / Experience with Franchise Agreements.
• Reconciliation of Royalties.
• Inventory Management.
• Costing Method Used.
• Inventory Listing - required by BIR.
• Preparation of Financial Statements.
• Income Statement.
• Balance Sheet.
• Statement of Cash Flow.
• Statement of Changes in Owner's Equity.
• Reportorial BIR Requirements.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related course
