Job summary

Private Advertiser in the Philippines seeks an engineering support professional to assist planning, execution, and monitoring of projects and maintenance activities. You will prepare, update, and maintain technical documents and records, and help with inspections, testing, and commissioning of machinery.

You will coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers, collect data for analysis, and support continuous improvement while ensuring safety and quality standards are followed.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineers in the planning, execution, and monitoring of engineering projects and maintenance activities.
• Prepare, update, and maintain engineering documents, reports, drawings, records, and technical files.
• Support daily engineering operations, including equipment inspections, troubleshooting, and improvement activities.
• Assist in the installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of machinery, equipment, and systems.
• Monitor project progress and coordinate with internal departments, contractors, and suppliers as needed.
• Collect technical data and prepare reports for engineering analysis and decision-making.
• Assist in identifying equipment issues and supporting corrective action implementation.
• Conduct routine inspections and help ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Assist in preventive maintenance planning and monitoring of engineering activities.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment performance, maintenance schedules, and engineering activities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reliability.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, engineering standards, and workplace safety regulations.
• Perform other engineering-related duties as assigned by the Engineering Manager or Supervisor.
