Job summary

Qualifications

• College graduate of any Business Course; Masteral units advantageous.
• At least 5 years experience in a similar or related job; 3 years in managerial capacity.
• Experience in a full-service restaurant.

• Experience in Sales analysis.
• People/public relations experience.
• Proficient in HR, planning, communicating, mentoring and development.

• Can start ASAP.

Job description

Primarily responsible for the overall efficient operation and systematic flow of the stores. Specifically ensures profitability while maintaining the set reputation/standards of the company. Also responsible for the restaurant's business performance, maintaining the standard food, service, health, and safety, and implementing promotional strategies and other store events and activities.

Qualifications:

• College graduate of any Business Course, with Masteral units an advantage
• At least 5 years experience in a similar or related job; 3 years of which is in a Managerial capacity
