Job summary

Global Finance Teams is seeking an Assistant Controller to support the Controller in overseeing accounting operations, financial reporting, and month-end close in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes inventory accounting and NetSuite proficiency.

You will partner with Operations, Supply Chain, and Sales to improve inventory accuracy, assist audits, budgeting, forecasting, and ensure US GAAP compliance across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience with NetSuite ERP and Ramp expense tools.
• Strong background in heavy inventory accounting for CPG/food retail.
• Experience with month-end close and GAAP financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Oversee inventory accounting, COGS, inventory valuation, and reconciliations.
• Manage AP processes, vendor payments, and Ramp expense and credit card reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate financial records in NetSuite and ensure US GAAP compliance.
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, and Sales to improve inventory accuracy and financial processes.
• Support audits, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.
