Job summary

Enhanced Property Innovation Corporation is seeking a highly experienced Building Electrical Engineer to lead operation and maintenance of complex high-rise electrical facilities. This role requires hands-on expertise to ensure reliability of critical power systems and coordination with other engineering teams.

Ideal candidates will be REE licensed with 5+ years in high-rise facility operations, including diesel standby generators, switchgear, and power distribution.

Qualifications

• Must be Registered Electrical Engineer (REE).
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in operation and maintenance of high-rise facilities.
• Hands-on experience with low voltage switchgears and air circuit breakers.
• Hands-on experience with power distribution systems and building transformers.
• Hands-on experience with power generation systems, including stand-by diesel emergency generators.
• Hands-on experience with fuel systems for emergency generators and engine-driven fire pumps.
• Proven leadership and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Power Distribution Systems.
• Manage low voltage switchgears, air circuit breakers, and the secondary power distribution to building transformers.
• Maintain the common bus system serving both the primary power source and the emergency generators.
• Supervise the Power Generation System, including diesel engines for stand-by power.
• Manage the fuel systems for diesel emergency generators and engine-driven fire pumps.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to ensure system reliability and safety compliance.
• Lead a technical team and coordinate with other engineering departments on facility-related projects.

About the role

We are looking for a highly experienced and licensed Building Electrical Engineer to take charge of the operation and maintenance of complex, high-rise engineering electrical facilities. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical expert who ensures the reliability and optimal performance of all critical power systems.

Key responsibilities
